  • Is it possible to reliably estimate through an #AI approach the longitudinal changes in #VO2max from #Holter #ECG, without performing the exercise test?
This is what we demonstrated in this “just published” study on #npj #Microgravity, using Holter ECG data we collected along 15 years of participation to #ESA head-down #bedrest campaigns, thanks to Agenzia Spaziale Italiana funding. Possible applications include measurements on #astronauts during flight, as well as on #bedridden patients.Solbiati S, Fiorentino MC, Bendandi R, Moccia S, Caiani EG.
